Set menus for a group, from AED 175 a head.
A standalone building on Dubai Opera Plaza, two floors, and a team used to running a table of twenty as easily as a table of four. Choose a package, or order à la carte. Every price below is per guest and includes VAT and the municipality fee.
Bisou Brunch
AED 175 per guest · daytime, until 16:00
Croissants, pain au chocolat and sourdough to share, then a main each — green buckwheat with truffle, a tomato and feta omelette, duck croquette with poached egg, or brioche with salmon and caviar — and syrniki, French toast and orange crêpes to finish.

Bisou Classic
AED 250 per guest · from 12:00 · any group size
Za'atar flatbread, Bisou brioche and eggplant hummus to start; tomatoes with tzatziki, beef tartare and grande salade verte; chanterelle risotto, char-grilled chicken, charcoal-grilled lamb kebab and truffle fries; honey cake and chocolate cake.
Bisou Signature

Bread and eggplant hummus, les petites bouchées, niçoise with tuna confit, baked brie, the Bisou burger with truffle fries and grande salade verte; ribeye with mashed potato and grilled asparagus; honey cake.
Seafood & Caviar Prestige
AED 550 per guest · evening · 26 guests and up
Foie gras terrine, raw salmon, scallops and seabass under Oscietra caviar, Hokkaido scallops with morels and artichoke; a platter of Spanish shrimp, Hokkaido scallops, Kamchatka king crab and octopus; pavlova.

À la carte, with a manager building the order around the table.
Smaller groups can order from the menu at full menu prices. A manager sets the quantities with you — three or four starters, two or three mains, a side and a couple of desserts for every four guests — so nothing arrives short and nothing goes back. Budget from AED 100 a head in the daytime and from AED 150 at dinner.
Daytime is the breakfast menu; lunch and dinner run from 12:00. Larger tables pre-order forty-eight hours ahead.
Tables of ten and over on Friday, Saturday and Sunday carry a minimum of AED 175 per guest in the daytime and AED 250 per guest in the evening. Monday to Thursday there is no minimum.
Booking a group
Holding the date
We hold a date free while you decide — forty-eight hours for a smaller group, four days for a larger one.
Prepayment
Fifty per cent confirms any group booking and comes off the final bill.
Menu and numbers
Menu four days ahead and final numbers forty-eight hours ahead for a smaller group; both seven days ahead for a larger one, charged on the number you confirm or the number who arrive, whichever is higher.
Cakes, children, allergies
Bring your own cake at AED 35 per guest, and a personalised dessert plate with a candle is free. Children under eleven are half the package. Tell us about allergies when you choose the menu, not on the night.
Larger than a long table
Take the mezzanine exclusively, or the whole restaurant.
Above a certain size one long table stops being the right answer, and we seat you across neighbouring tables on the mezzanine instead — we would rather say that now than promise something the room cannot do.
From there the mezzanine can close exclusively for your group while the ground floor stays open, or the whole building can be yours. Both run on a minimum spend across four hours, quoted for your date and your numbers.
