Do you accept table reservations?
Yes. You can book online through SevenRooms or by calling the restaurant directly on +971 58 140 6888.
How can I book a table online?
Reservations are made through our SevenRooms booking page, linked from every page of this site.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome, though availability may be limited at peak hours. Booking ahead is safer for dinner and at weekends.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can manage your booking from your confirmation email, or contact us directly.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual is recommended. No beachwear or sportswear.
Where are you located?
Dubai Opera Plaza, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai — a standalone building beside the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique.
Is parking available?
Valet parking is available from the Dubai Opera valet area at AED 25, under Downtown Dubai community parking regulations. Present your valet ticket and AED 25 is deducted from your bill.
What are your opening hours?
Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to midnight. Friday and Saturday, 09:00 to 01:00.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast is served from 09:00 every day, from a full breakfast menu.
Do you offer set menus?
Yes. Business Lunch runs Monday to Friday, 12:00–16:00, at AED 115 per person, two courses with dessert optional.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. There is a vegetables and salads section on the à la carte menu, and vegetarian dishes across breakfast. Tell us about dietary requirements when you book.
Do you cater for allergies?
Every dish on our menu pages carries its allergen codes. Please tell your server about any allergy — the kitchen will advise on what can be adapted.
Is the meat Halal?
Yes. All meat served at Bisou is Halal.
Can I see the menu before I visit?
Yes. Every menu is published in full on this site with prices, and each one is also available as a PDF.
Do you host private events?
Yes. The mezzanine floor closes privately, and the whole restaurant can be taken exclusively, with a dedicated event coordinator.
Can you seat a large group?
Yes. Group menus start at AED 175 per person for a minimum of 10 guests, with no minimum spend.
Are you open on public holidays?
Usually, yes. Please check our Instagram for updates around public holidays.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Families with children are welcome.
Is there a valet service?
Yes. Valet is taken from the Dubai Opera valet area. Under Downtown Dubai community parking regulations it carries a AED 25 charge; present your valet ticket and AED 25 is deducted from your bill.
