Two ways to drink champagne at Bisou — a guided tasting, and a glass mid-week.

A guided journey through rare grower champagnes with a Blanc de Blancs focus, hosted by Ben Champagne. Weekdays from 17:00 and weekends from 16:00, dinner service only. Availability is limited and the tasting is by reservation.

Champagne Social exists because champagne should not be reserved for the occasion that justifies a whole bottle. Every Wednesday and Friday, a rotating selection is poured by the glass from AED 80, including Perrier-Jouët.

The champagne list runs to grower and grande marque houses across non-vintage, vintage and rosé, and it sits on top of a wine list with a deep Burgundy and Bordeaux spine.
